Nexventory: One Platform for ERP, POS, Suppliers and Customers
4
parts, one platform
One platform for the whole retail operation. The store ERP and the till run on one data model, and suppliers and customers each get their own dedicated app, all drawing on the same stock, cost and sales data.

The product
Nexventory is a single retail platform built under the Parentheses Solutions umbrella. It brings the store ERP and the point of sale together on one data model, with a dedicated app for suppliers and another for customers, so a multi-location retailer does not need a full ERP implementation.
It is aimed at growing retailers and store networks with a central fulfilment hub, regional chains that trade across language markets, and retail groups that buy centrally.
The challenge
01
Tills apart from stock
Registers that run separately from inventory data, so a sale does not automatically move stock or cost.
02
Margins that are estimates
Without sales, cost and stock in one place, margin figures become unverified guesses.
03
Purchasing by email
Purchase orders and delivery updates handled through email threads instead of a shared record.
04
Counts that disagree
Warehouse and register counts drifting apart, with no reliable way to see why.
What we built
ERP: the store console
Stock control, purchasing, multi-store dispatch, inter-branch transfers, margin reporting, and role-based access with an audit log of changes by named user.
POS: the register
A cashier and manager station with barcode scanning, receipt printing, returns and split payments, and an offline-capable till that syncs when the connection returns.
Supplier app: the B2B portal
Suppliers confirm orders, update delivery timelines and agree terms in their own portal, fed by an automated reorder pipeline.
Customer app: self-service
A customer-facing portal that sits on the same data as the store, so what customers see matches what is on the shelf.
